Cancellation and Refund Policy

To ensure fairness, efficient scheduling, and respect for everyone’s time, I have established the following cancellation and refund policy. The terms vary based on the type of meeting and whether a booking fee applies.


1. Meetings With Booking Fees

A. 24-Hour Cancellation Window (Standard Meetings)

  • Cancellation ≥ 24 hours before the scheduled start time:
    Eligible for a 50% refund of the booking fee.
  • Cancellation < 24 hours before the scheduled start time:
    No refund will be issued.
  • No-Shows:
    Full booking fee is forfeited.

B. 1-Hour Cancellation Window (Express or Same-Day Meetings)

  • Cancellation ≥ 1 hour before the scheduled start time:
    Eligible for a 50% refund of the booking fee.
  • Cancellation < 1 hour before the scheduled start time:
    No refund will be issued.
  • No-Shows:
    Full booking fee is forfeited.

Refunds (when applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.


2. Meetings Without Booking Fees

While no fee is charged to book, I rely on mutual respect for time. The following terms apply:

  • Cancellation ≥ 24 hours before the scheduled start time:
    No penalty.
  • Cancellation < 24 hours before the scheduled start time:
    May result in limited future scheduling availability or requirement of prepayment for future bookings.
  • No-Shows:
    Repeated no-shows may lead to suspension of booking privileges or mandatory advance payment for future meetings.

Important Notes

  • Timely cancellations help us serve all clients more efficiently.
  • If you anticipate being late, please notify me. Extended delays may be treated as a no-show.
  • I reserve the right to revise this policy with notice.
